At present, the epidemic is spreading in many places and interwoven in some parts of the country, putting increasing pressure on prevention and control.  Jitai ‘an company actively responded to the epidemic prevention decisions and deployment of Beijing Municipal government, Shougang Group and equity companies, mobilized all employees to cooperate with local government departments to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and made contributions to curb the spread of the epidemic with practical actions.  

We will actively carry out nucleic acid testing

In the face of the epidemic, Gitane Company took emergency prevention and control measures and organized three rounds of nucleic acid tests for all employees, all of which were negative.  

Strengthen epidemic prevention and control in factory area

01 Strict control of people entering and leaving the factory

In order to implement the epidemic prevention and control policy during the epidemic prevention period, we further strengthen the control of outsiders entering the plant, strictly register the information of people entering and leaving the plant, strictly control the entry and exit of people, strictly manage the relevant parties, insist on the registration of outsiders entering the plant by scanning the code for temperature measurement, checking the trip code, health code and 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, suspend the construction projects, and minimise the entry of outsiders into the plant.

02 Do a good job of monitoring personnel and environment at key points

In strict accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, we insist on conducting weekly nucleic acid testing of environmental samples at key locations such as canteens, dormitories and janitorial staff; we test the body temperature of canteens, dormitories and janitorial staff three times a day and do a good job of disinfecting key locations, and conduct weekly nucleic acid testing, the results of which are all negative at present.

03 Clear requirements for epidemic prevention and control during holidays

Clear requirements for epidemic prevention and control during holidays were set out: firstly, no one must leave the country or leave Beijing unless it is necessary; secondly, to reduce the gathering of people during holidays; thirdly, to strictly control contact with people in areas at risk of epidemic; fourthly, to strictly implement local prevention and control measures in the event of a “pop-up” on Beijing Health Care; fifthly, to strictly manage people who are unwell; sixthly, to strictly control Seven, insist on the implementation of epidemic control measures in place; Eight, strengthen the prevention and control of risks of imported goods and online goods; Nine, strengthen the emergency duty disposal.

Voluntary action for epidemic prevention and control

Cooperate fully to fight the epidemic prevention and control initiative and resolutely curb the risk of epidemic spread. Since we received a request from the community of Gonghua New Village on 26 April to participate in large-scale nucleic acid testing volunteer services, Gitane has responded to the request and sent a total of 20 people to support the community’s epidemic prevention and control work in three days, with a total of more than 100 hours of volunteer service to help the epidemic prevention and control work run smoothly.

At 6am on 26th April, Gitane volunteers arrived early at the nucleic acid testing site in the community of Gong Hua New Village and took up the role of maintaining order at the site, organising community residents to queue up for testing in an orderly manner in groups of ten, and prompting them to keep a safe distance and wear a good mask to ensure that the site was orderly but not chaotic.
