On August 11, Gitane Company held the summary meeting of the fifth period of TPM promotion. Around the current situation of TPM work promotion in Gitane, Li Gang pointed out that this year, although experiencing the serious epidemic situation and operating pressure, the company never stopped TPM governance, managers at all levels to form a concerted effort to promote the “great publicity, education and training”, TPM work is deeply rooted in the grassroots team and employees. However, while progress is being made, it is important to recognize the gaps and shortcomings that exist, as the comprehensiveness, depth, breadth and high standard of governance are still far from the end.
For the next stage of TPM lean management, Li Gang emphasized that we should insist on the organic combination of “relying on teachers’ professional guidance” and “subjective initiative at all levels”, change passivity into initiative, and give full play to the initiative and innovation of the grassroots staff to take the initiative. Management, the formation of a good atmosphere, to develop good habits of operation and maintenance.
