Li Gang firstly analyzed the economic situation and market situation faced by the company from external and internal aspects respectively, and gave a special training on the theme of “changes in the underlying logic of development and practicing the skills of competition to win”.

 Li Gang pointed out that the change of the underlying logic of development will shift from the development mode of real estate – banks – land finance to the new development mode of science and technology innovation – manufacturing industry – capital market; we have to take the road of independence and independent innovation; take the road of green Low-carbon environmental protection development road, so that the development of green, low-carbon, environmental protection, renewable cycle; improve total factor productivity; take the road of automation and digital transformation development; take the road of differentiated competition, build a solid and lasting competitive moat for the company.

 Li Gang stressed that one should practice the skills of science and technology innovation to help accelerate the development of the enterprise. We should firmly establish the concept of innovation development and create a good innovation atmosphere of “everyone supports innovation and everyone participates in innovation”; we should solidify the foundation of scientific and technological innovation, make great determination to further strengthen the scientific research talent team and R&D investment, reform the talent incentive system, establish a scientific evaluation mechanism for scientific and technological talents, insist on the introduction and training of talents, strictly organize and manage the innovation process, give full play to the leading role of the science and technology committee and the role of internal and external experts. We should establish a “consultation” mechanism for scientific and technological innovation, use a series of micro mechanisms of “consultation”, “communication”, “discussion” and “brainstorming” to collect wisdom and innovation, adhere to the market orientation and customer thinking of innovation, adhere to the integration of innovation resources inside and outside the enterprise, and unswervingly take the path of innovation development of specialization and innovation.  Second, we should practice the skills of lean management and improve total factor productivity.  Third, we must continue to improve the level of green low-carbon cleanliness.
